Role Overview:
We are seeking 10 exceptionally talented and highly discreet young professionals to join our premier team as Elite Guest Relations Specialists. This pivotal role is designed for individuals who possess a natural flair for hospitality, an unwavering commitment to service excellence, and the agility to thrive in a high-stakes, luxury environment. As a key member of this elite squad, you will serve as a personal concierge and dedicated point of contact for our UHNW guests, ensuring their every need is anticipated and met with precision and grace. This role involves significant travel to exclusive event locations, both within India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
● Personalized Guest Service: Provide dedicated, one-on-one service to UHNW guests, acting as their primary contact for all needs and requests throughout events and stays.
● Anticipation & Discretion: Proactively anticipate guest requirements, preferences, and potential challenges, addressing them with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
● Event & Travel Coordination: Seamlessly manage and coordinate guest logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, dining reservations, personal shopping, and bespoke experiences, often across different time zones.
● Flawless Execution: Ensure the impeccable execution of all guest-related services, working closely with various internal teams (e.g., F&B, operations, logistics) and external vendors.
● Problem Resolution: Skilfully and calmly handle any unforeseen circumstances or guest concerns, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions while maintaining guest comfort and satisfaction.
● Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with guests, understanding their unique preferences to deliver consistently personalized service.
● Brand Ambassador: Represent Foodlink F&B Holdings India Ltd with the highest standards of polish, decorum, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma from a reputed Hotel Management institution.
- Experience: Fresh graduates (0 years experience) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium hospitality roles are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, demonstrate empathy, and interact gracefully with discerning individuals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of thinking on your feet and making informed decisions under pressure.
